PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE:
Counsel and consult with those in need; educate and foster spiritual and relational communities and family systems where loving confrontation and emotional healing occur; cultivate and develop global community and family wellness via lifestyle mentoring through emotional/compulsive behavior recovery, as found only at the cross; carry on a ministry of healing as exemplified in the life and teachings of Jesus the Christ. Initiated and contracted with several local employers to provide employee assistance program services for over 2,000 employees. Developed and conducted an optional, Christian 12-step track. During a market turndown: Initiated contracts with managed-care agencies, reduced fees to increase revenues through volume business, and began to restructure the unit, focusing on primary outpatient and freestanding services to eliminate any future budgetary shortfall.
